The Live-In Au Pair & Household Manager will be responsible for a balance of childcare, household management, and administrative support, ensuring the home runs smoothly.

Childcare Responsibilities:
Engage the children in educational activities and creative play that align with homeschooling values.
Help facilitate daily routines, including meals, playtime, and outdoor activities.
Assist in preparing and organizing lesson materials or activities.

Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.

Supervise outings, sports activities, and cultural experiences.

Provide occasional evening or weekend assistance when needed (planned in advance).

Household & Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee daily organization and light housekeeping (tidying up, maintaining order in common areas, assisting with children’s laundry).

Manage vendors and service providers (scheduling maintenance, handling household appointments, and ensuring all home systems function smoothly).

Calendar management for the family, including scheduling children’s activities, family events, and household maintenance.

Assist in researching and coordinating child-related activities, classes, and educational resources.

Event planning support for birthdays, holidays, and family gatherings.

Schedule and oversee deep-cleaning services and conduct quarterly performance evaluations of household staff.

Maintain an inventory of household essentials and ensure everything is well-stocked and organized.
Support travel preparation and packing for family trips.
