How to calm a crying baby, change a diaper, handle toddler tantrums without losing my cool, and keep multiple kids entertained without screens all day.

I’m the kind of sitter who actually gets down on the floor to build Lego, draw, make up silly stories, or have a tea party with stuffed animals. I’m patient, like, seriously patient. I don’t mind messes as long as we clean up together before you get home. I know how to deal with picky eaters (I was one myself, so no judgment, just gentle encouragement), and I’m really good at reading what a child needs even when they can’t say it yet.

I grew up in a busy, chaotic household in Trinidad, so I’m used to multitasking and staying calm under pressure. I’m responsible, reliable, and I’ll always show up on time. But most importantly, I genuinely love taking care of kids. It’s not just a job to me. I’ll make sure your children feel safe, heard, and happy, and I’ll treat them like they’re my own little siblings. Beyond childcare, I can help keep your household running smoothly. I'm happy to do light housework; tidying up, laundry, dishes, whatever keeps things from piling up. I can run errands, do shopping, and if you have elderly relatives who need a bit of company or an extra hand around the house, I'm comfortable with that too. I grew up around older family members and I know how to be patient, respectful, and genuinely present with them.

I'm also strong academically and can help with tutoring in English, Creative Writing, Social Studies, History, HSB (Human & Social Biology), and general homework support. If you work from home or run a small business, I can even assist with basic office tasks; organizing, sorting, light admin work. I'm organized, reliable, and I actually like helping things run more smoothly for busy families.
