Dear Family,

I am Austeja, a young, but quite experienced and passionate Nanny Tutor from Vilnius, Lithuania, mainland Europe. I would be delighted to lend my helping hand to you for a month (or maybe even two) starting now, in December 2022 (did that rhyme for you? :) ).

I have more than 3 years of professional experience working with toddlers and young teenagers. My natural affinity for children and a great feeling of responsibility regarding their health, safety and proper development stems from me growing up as the oldest child in a family of four children. As an adolescent, I have taken the professional path of childcare and education as helping children grow into creative, capable, intelligent and healthy people has become one of my significant passions. To achieve this goal (and many personalized ones, accorded to each child that I take care of and teach), I engage my little friends in creativity (e. g., drawing, painting, building, singing, dancing, acting), reading, fun outings (playing outdoors, exploring nature, sightseeing) and learning through educational, age-appropriate activities (e. g., with Montessori developmental activities). My biggest interest being Psychology, I have good knowledge about children's development and the human mind that I expand each day (this includes sleep and toilet training, nutrition).
I lead a healthy lifestyle by eating consciously, being clean and tidy, appreciating the goodness of Nature and keeping myself in great shape both physically and spiritually. I am a keen traveler, able to quickly adapt to changes, passionate about exploring, learning and then teaching children about new places. Cautious, and detail-oriented, but act with a sharp mind when the situation requires me to.

Regarding official matters, I have an up-to-date First Aid & CPR certification allowing me to work with children, a Lithuanian equivalent to the British DBS and carry a valid, just this year updated European passport.
