Hi!
I’m Barbara and i live in Italy, near Milan. I’m 21, I’m outgoing and i love meeting new people and making friends. In my free time i like listening to music, reading, baking and going to the ballet. I also like to try new recipes.
I’m a very sunny and outgoing person. I’m patient and i love kids. My younger brother is nine and I love doing things with him and teaching him. We paint, cook, bake, play together.
I’m part of a big family. We’re in six, i have two brothers (one younger and one older) and an older sister. I also have a sister in law and a little niece who is only ten months and i adore her.
I love reading, going to the theatre to watch ballet or the orchestra, skiing. I also really like baking and cooking (i usually prefer baking, even though i mostly cook). I also like ice skating or going for a bike on sunday. I love traveling and I’m trying to visit a new country every year.
I started taking care of kids around the age of 14 with my neighbor’s son and also my little brother who is now nine. Now i also take care of my niece who is ten months old and I took care of kids at Summer camp.
My mother tongues are italian and albanian (i have an albanian citizenship and i have a permit of stay in italy, I'm now waiting for my italian citizenship). I also speak english perfectly and i can have conversations in spanish, but I’m still learning. I also started learning german and french recently.
I’d love to be immersed in a different culture and discover a Paris. I've been to Paris twice and I've loved the city. I like meeting new people and being kids so being an au pair would be amazing for me.
I’d love to be in a welcoming family who speaks a bit of English. I'd like to start in September or October It would be amazing if you share some of my same interests like reading, the theatre, traveling etc.
