Introduction
My full name is Arsyi Dewi, but my friends and family call me Arsyi. I am a 21 years young girl and I live in Cianjur, a small town in Bandung, a beautiful country in Indonesia.
I am an open-minded, hard-working, easy-going, dedicated, trustworthy, helpful, patient, and responsible person. I love taking care of kids and their health, safety, and happiness are the most important to me.
Actually, I'm still studying at the Open University of Indonesia, majoring in management, but for now I chose to take a long holiday to do some things I've wanted for a long time. I love traveling, learning new languages and different cultures, meeting new people, and of course making memories. My very calm, collected, patient and quick learning always comes in handy when facing challenging situations.
I come from a large family, being one of 16 grandchildren, with a younger brother, I am the first child to be a girl. My family runs a vegetable gardening business and as a result we often go to help dad in the garden. I am part of a very close family, and therefore my close friends are also often seen as 'family'. I value my friendships; choose to surround myself with good people with positive energy. I believe that by meeting lots of new people, I will get to know more good people and make my life colorful.
I would describe my strength as an Aupair as the ability to bond really well with kids and also blending in very easily and as a result being able to be their mentor in different aspects of life and also be like their big sister, also the ability to learn from my mistakes. On the other hand, I would describe my weakness as an Aupair is that I have a hard time letting go of something or someone because I get too attached to children especially and hence becomes emotionally hard to detach from them
I am searching for a host family, that would be happy to have me as part of the family, be kind, welcoming and who are willing to learn new culture and language. I am looking for a long time stay with my host family, for one 1year or more depending on the connection formed with the family.
I really am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards,
Arsyi Dewi
