I have amassed several years of childcare experience in various cities globally. I have travelled extensively no account of my UEFA Licence in Coaching Football.

My experience commenced at my local football club, Ripon City Panthers. In my capacity as Junior Coach, I oversaw the technical development of local children. I served this role on a part-time voluntary basis between the ages of fourteen and eighteen.

My positive experiences in this environment encouraged me to spend one year coaching sports in Hong Kong. This experience during the gap year in my studies between A-Levels and university studies. I worked on a full-time basis as an Assistant Coach to children from the ages of three to sixteen. The diverse nature of the region really served to develop my appreciation for languages and the need for effective communication across different age groups. Further, my skill in the role endeared me to several parents, one of whom invited me to assist her children in their summer holidays in Italy later that summer. I enjoyed one month of dedicated football and tennis coaching, in addition to general tutoring prior to their progression from primary to secondary school.

Further, I improved my ability to communicate with different age groups in my time as the Women’s Football Team Coach at my university in London. This role lasted for two years and was fulfilled in tandem with my undergraduate studies.

I believe these experiences have shaped my interest in teaching and my ability to serve as an effective communicator.
