Dear Host Family, my name is Beatriz; I am 26 years old and I live in Costa Rica.
I am a graduate psychologist and love working with children. I enjoy sharing their world, watching how they discover everything outside and inside them, their emotions, their dreams, how creative they are, their opinions, and how much they can teach us of their perspective of things, and that’s the main reason why I had done voluntary work at a day care for a year and two months, because I get to share incredible moments with kids from few months to 5 years. I also have babysat my youngest cousin, who is 10 now, since he was a baby and with whom I share a lot of fun memories.
As for my personality I am regarded as a responsible and organized person who likes to give the best in everything I do. I love learning and keep improving myself. Whenever I have some spare time I enjoy cooking, reading, taking photos and learning languages (currently studying Italian and for the TOPIK level 3) and as an enthusiast of cultures I am very lucky to have had the opportunity to travel to Cuba, Panamá, United States and South Korea, which are experiences that had taught me many life lessons on perceptions and values through their amazing people.
I would love to become your next Au Pair because I would enjoy to help you take care of your children, be a big sister for them and start making great memories together.
