My name is Lara, and I am a university student of international relations. I have more than 10 years of experience caring for children from babies to 13 years old.
I am an adventurous, independent person with a clear goal, in addition, I am an open-minded person, and I am willing to adapt to any circumstance and place.

I am an independent person so I can do many things on my own since I was little, although even so, I love spending time with my family, especially with my little cousins ??and my pet (my dog, Mateo)!
I have 10 years of experience working with children! I have worked with several families, for example the last one had 3 children, whose ages were: 8 years old, 4 years old and a newborn baby. This is just an example since I have worked with children from newborns to 13-year-old.
My tasks were basic but understandable, such as being responsible for their safety, helping the children do their homework, helping them with their personal hygiene, taking them to or picking them up from school, playing and entertaining them (I will return with this point more afternoon), make your breakfast or lunch.
Regarding the previous point, my way of entertaining and playing with them is quite old-fashioned, I do not agree with children being exposed to technology at such an early age, so what I intend to do with them is read them stories, and play educational games, puzzles and blackboards. Also, take them to the parks near their house, your garden and also why not take their homework so they can distract their mind from school and do it in a better place (obviously your house is the main place). I would love to spend time with them!
In addition to childcare, I am also good at household cleaning such as deep cleaning and cooking. I'm very good at seasoning!
I decided to be an au pair because I love working with children, and I enjoy being part of a family. I think it’s a great way to learn about new cultures and to experience life in another country.
My expectations are quite clear: I think it is a great opportunity to be accompanied by children, learn about a new culture, experience life in another country, and despite being far away, enjoy being part of a family and create a very nice friendship with the children.
