My name is Billy, and I’m currently a university student in Chicago, where I serve as a Resident Assistant overseeing the well-being and safety of 32 students. This role has strengthened my sense of responsibility, sharpened my conflict-resolution skills, and deepened my instinct for creating safe, nurturing environments — especially for young people.

When it comes to children, I’ve always had a natural connection.
