Sadly this lovely woman walked out on our family after 18 months with no warning.

We had a wonderful rapport and welcomed her to our family as our own, were courteous and respectful of her needs at all times.

Her work was always good and she seemed to care deeply for our child, but that does not negate the fact that she broke contract and turned off her phone leaving us worried sick until her husband emailed us.

I am very sad to report this as we truly loved Rosalie and were incredibly happy with her performance but I wouldn’t want another family to go through the grief we have.
