Dear Family,

I am French and I was in Australia for the last 12 months. I was in Sydney for 8 months and in Perth for 4 months.
I am currently looking for a new position for December or later.

My job in Sydney was to take care of two teenagers because their mum was in a wheelchair and she couldn't do everything by herself. So, she needed help for shopping, drive kids to school or activities or friends, cooking meals, homework etc etc etc...

Few months ago I was in Asia (Laos and Thaïland) to take care of a disable child, 4 years old. I think I will go back to Bangkok in October to meet some friends.
Until today, I've working with great families as an Aupair, tutor or sometimes as a social worker (I have several diplomas for childcare or as social worker).

During my free time, I give French lessons as well to some children or teenagers. My native language is French.

I think that my future project will be to go in Canada, Mexico, Japan, China, Indonesia (or Australia again)... I don't mind country. I will go when families will really need my help... Sometimes I stay for short periods, sometimes for a long term. It depends of the families needs.

I've been working with children and teenagers (4 to 17) for many years. I do this job for more than 15 years now.
Just few words about my last "missions", I've living in London for 10 months (with a 10 yrs old boy), in Italy (6 yrs old boy) and in Greece (7 yrs old children = Twin) for a year.

I began as leader, then manager of holiday projects. I've been managing and organizing holiday groups for children and adults, ranging from 4 to 25 yrs old, with the intention of introducing them to a variety of new experiences & activities.

About me, I believe I'm a good cook - I know a lot of recipes ! French, Greek, Italian...(sweet or savory). My dad passed onto me his passion for the culinary arts. As a young man, he was a chef !

I regard myself as a keen sportsman and I do a lot of sports : bicycle, running, swimming, hiking. I like camping and nature.

I like to travel and I know a lot of beautiful countries and wonderful places throughout Europe and the world ! I've traveled a lot, in Thaïland, Laos, UK, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Germany, Croatia, Italy and specially Greece and its Islands...(my favorite country) and today Australia.

I have a valid international driver's license and I can drive easily both sides.

I'm someone who is kind, straight forward and quiet in character, but energetic in my activities and I'm always available. I've a good sense of humor ! But I know when to remain very serious and I'm anxious to give others the best help.

I don't like when people bicker because I think and am convinced that there is always a solution or a compromise to be found ! I don't like seeing sad people and I want to share with them my own joy and enthusiasm to engender a better mood. I'm someone who is sensitive to all those around me. It's due to all my experiences and my personality that I'm patient, attentive and keenly aware of the slightest problem.

I would like to give to your child(ren) a lot of care, attention + reliable and lasting standards ! I like to be clear and make progress with kindness and not with coercion or stress. Currently, I wish to continue taking care of others and more especially children in other countries.

My relationships with children have always been excellent. A lot of trust, communication and a mutual respect ! I like to have new experiences and I don't want to stop discovering new things, situations and people throughout the world ! It's my passion.

Ps : As I wrote, I've 2 Social Worker diplomas and I also possess another as 'Leader of leisure'. I've worked in institutions for children with special needs and/or learning difficulties and young people with some school difficulties (Attention Deficit Disorder, autism or certain physical problems) or in their family (behavioral problems).
I have worked for some families who are very popular in their country and if you need, I can provide references.
