Au Pair job description

Visit BC for up to six months as a tourist Pocket money: $500 a month I am searching for a SUPER aupair / mom assistant. The children are in school from 8 45 am - 2 45 pm each day. I need help for about 2 hours a day with cleaning, errands, cooking. Then Childcare from 2:45- 5:45 pm Plus one evening a week of babysitting. I really need help running the house. This means helping to keep the house and yard clean, cooking, shopping, ect. Driving children to events, taking them out to play tennis, to the park, to play soccer, ect.

Job description continued: Work as a team with Mom to make sure everything runs smoothly. I work from home, so we really would be working 'together'. Your childcare Philosophy should reflect routine, structure, and caring but not be authoritative. We want someone who is kind but firm in their childcare style. Someone who likes to sing silly songs and make every chore a game! We are a liberal family single parent family. Spiritual but not religious. If your religious practices are extremist you won't be happy with us :) I have references from my past aupair and employer. Please note that I can not assist you with your airfare :( Sorry I am a paid member and if you add me to your hotlist I can contact you. I can only be successful in my job with your help and I need someone who can take initiative to help me keep everything organized. I work from a home and will be working WITH you and taking time to train you. You can expect us to ask you to sing silly songs ! We play music here every evening. We sing and dance (be it not very well !) I am NOT a TV person, music is always on in our house. You must love pets - we have a border collie (very well behaved ... who you can take with you if you like to walk the forest trails) and a kitten.
