| Family's Message to Au Pairs |
| We have a position to start immediately to help care for our 3 & 1/2 yr old twins. We are looking for a caring and loving au pair with a good sense of humour and who considers themselves as honest and hard working to become part of our family; a big sister to the twins. Does the following list describe you? Kids at heart but mature enough to develop and care for young minds. Positive Self Motivated even in the mornings Sociable & Polite Active, Fit & Strong (Able to lift a disabled 3 year old in and out of equipment / 14kg) Healthy Love playing and being with kids Clean, tidy and organised. Faye our full time nanny and has been with us since the twins were 4 months old. Alex has cerebral Palsy and is profoundly deaf and Lauren is a typical 3 year old little girl loves role play and very active. Why need two carers? - we want the best care for our kids and you will be part of our family not a slave. All our previous au pairs are now great friends and still in contact with us. In fact our last one will be coming to stay for a few days just before xmas on her way back from charity work in India. Being our au pair gave her the confidence to move out of home but not be too far from her family and set her up to be able to do what she is doi if you need a reference on us. You’ll need a strong back as Alex needs to be lifted in and out of chairs / equipment. We live in Cheshunt Hertfordshire about 30 mins from central London opposite a park and farm. You'll get paid £125 per week (£70 from us and £55 from carer’s allowance) all you board and lodgings will be included. So there would be no expenses on food or bills. You’ll have you own recently decorated double bedroom with TV and plenty of space for your things. We have wireless internet if you have a laptop to keep in touch with family and friends. |
