Au Pair/Nanny job description

We are looking for experienced au pair/ nanny who may help us to take well care to our 2-year old baby girl. We travelling a lot to Taiwan, China, Singapore, Thailand and Japan, etc. If you likes travelling and experiencing Asian culture & learning languages, it will be great opportunity for you. Major duties: - baby-sitting, singing song and dance with her, toliet training, pre-school training, doing exercise, speaking, playing & teaching languages to her systemically, maximize her potentials and development by stimulating her five senses by creative games including sounds, colours, picture, sorting, and touch, picking, ... etc., teaching her to act independently with decipline, order, concentration, respect, share with daily household duty teaching.

If you are somebody patient & with experiences teaching toddler who can speak English-Spanish and like to take a chance to learn Mandarin as well as experiencing Chinese/Asian culture, we will probably be the best match. We are an easily-going family and flexible. Looking for a patient, cheersful, fun and energetic 'big sister' to stay closely with our girl and provide a warm & healthy enviroment to grow. You can learn Chinese culture & study Mandarin with us. Your tasks will be motivating and maximizing her all-round potentials by exploring her gifted-talent development, such as creativity, innovation, initiation, trust, self-esteem building, communication and languages and - to love and be loved. Prefer experience with early education/ kids or with Montessori qualification.
