| I seek an English or French mother-tongue who plays above all outside: the 2 boys (11 and 14) love basket ball The au pair takes the children to their activities (we need a good driver on the right side of the road, with manual gear ), plays with them, tides up their room( we have a full time maid, but a light help is needed). During school time we need 3-4 hrs in the afternoon 4 days/week and full time sat. and sun. (salary: 400 euro/month, approx 544 USD);the au pair can save free time to have time for short trips. During holidays we need a full time au pair with 1+1/2 free day/week, (588 euro/month, approx 800 USD) we don't need help after 8 pm. We live on the hill surrounding Turin, a big town in the north of Italy (where last Winter Olympic Games took place),10 min by bus from downtown. The au pair has a private room, sharing the bathroom with the maid. In summertime we spend 1-2 months in Formentera (baleari Islands, Spain), the au pair has to share the room with the maid. |
| Family's Message to Au Pairs |
| We are both doctors, and now also our elder daughter(Margherita, 20),is studying Medicine at the University. Maria is 15, she loves above all horses:often she's involved in competions during the week end. Moreover, as all the teenagers, she loves clothes, music and friends. The 2 boys enjoy basket ball a lot, they play it almost every day, because we have the chance of a very big garden around the house. Itto also plays drums and now he's studying guitar. In summertime in Formentera they spend almost all the day in the water (a good swimmer is necessary)The children are very active, and I do my best to avoid they stay too long in front of TV or computer. They speak a good English (for sure better than I!), having had every year English au pair ( you can be in contact with some of them, if you want), and excellent French French. My mom lives in the same building, so they are never alone at home and babysitting after dinner is never necessary.
