Au Pair job description

We have 3 little boys (Arthur 8, Arnaud 6 and Armand 4). They are going to the same school, only work needed for them is to bring them to school. School is 2 minutes from our house and a car will be available. School is finishing at 4.30 PM. After school you will be in charge of the kids till 7.00 PM (support them to do their shool homework). Of course, you will speak to them in English all the time and giving them English courses, in exchange we will speak to you in French to improve it. Only if there is nothing else to do, a little home cleaning will be under your responsability. There is someone taking care of house cleaning twice a week. Once or twice a month Claire and Me are travelling to paris. During those period you will be responsible for the kids day and nights (max two nights every time). Most of the week end will be free. Holidays will also be free except if you would like to join us.

Family's Message to Au Pairs

Dear Future Aupair, We are a family very humble, open and simple. Claire is working home as a Finance Director for a Music Publisher company. Once or twice a month she is travelling to Paris for a couple of days. I am the Associated partner af a major french headhunting firm. We leave in the country side of the provence. I personnaly spend the week (Monday to Thursday) in Paris for my job. I am with my family 3 days a week. Our kids are very kind, open and easygoing. No particular difficulties. Claire and I are playing golf. I Play tennins, Claire is having AquaGym. We are fond of sailing and skiing. Our house is 30 minutes from mediterranean sea and 1H00 from skiing places. In our house there will be small studio (room) apart from the house with your own entry. It will be your place. Our house is located in the country side of "la provence" sunny region. It is very easy to comute from our house to the most important towns of the region such as Paris and Aix an Provence. There is a very important international airport 45 mn from our house. You can also travel all over France with the high speed train (TGV - 3 hours from Paris). We would like to have someone responsible, serious, kind, sweet, nice joyful,punctual, energic & initiative taker. We do speak French, we have a rather good english and have some words of spanish. The reason why we are hiring an Aupair is that we would love to take this opportunity to help our kids to learn english language. We look forward to speaking with you soon.
