Au Pair/Nanny job description

I am a divorced father looking for the right person to help me raise my 8 year old daughter. I have my daughter 2-3 days a week and most weekends so if you don’t want to work weekends then this is not the job for you. My job keeps me out of the house a lot so I need someone who is a self starter with the ability to make decisions on your own. I am looking for someone that will be a good role model for my daughter, who possesses traditional morals, with a belief in the importance of a good education and then the ability to teach these traits. Someone who is willing to dedicate themselves to the position realizing their actions will have an effect on a little girl’s upbringing. The position entails everything from getting her ready in the morning to putting her to bed at night and everything in between. You should be out going, with a positive mental attitude. Have excellent organization skills, a clean drivers license and references are a must.
