Au Pair/Nanny job description

Hello au pairs! :-) We are a warm & loving family of four (Mum, Dad, 10 year old son & 18 month daughter, plus a gentle white Persian house cat) living in the northwest of England. We are looking for a kind, intelligent & reliable au pair who will be made most welcome in our comfortable home. Approx. 25-30 hours per week, 2 evenings of babysitting, 2 or 3 days off depending on how busy the week is, light housework, some food preparation. Our 10 year old & 18 month old children are loving, intelligent, well mannered & FUN!

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

We live near train stations & airports so will suit a person wanting to travel around a bit in their free time. Live in, share housework and cooking and caring for children. Part-time sole care of children during class and work times, evening babysitting, other times as companion and pitching in as a member of household. Children home educated - many outings and activities, projects, songs, stories, crafts, baking. MUST be able and willing to cook. We enjoy music, movies, theatre, singing, laughing (a lot!), going out on little adventures, baking & cooking, crafts, knitting, socialising etc. We would love to offer a placement to someone who has a positive outlook on life.
