Au Pair/Nanny job description

Jordan Elizabeth and Jackson Andrew are now 18 months old (born May 2007) We currently have a wonderful nanny that joined us in January 2008 and has committed 1.5 years to our family. We are already searching for her replacement to join our family in May - June 2009. We both work full time so the position will be Monday - Friday full time 7:30am- 6pm. No weekends or evenings are required. We would prefer that has both a formal educational background in child developement combined with a level of child care experience, especially with infants. We are open to other combinations of education and experience. CPR certified is a MUST. Our nanny has access to a vehicle at all times. The on duty the vehicle is a minivan. The off duty vehicle is a Volvo convertible. We are not looking for an "employee" but someone that wants to become an "extended part of the family". We live in Kyle, TX a suburb of Austin and is located 22 miles south of downtown Austin.
