Au Pair/Nanny job description

Your primary responsibility will be looking after our two daughetrs while mum is at work. Mon-Fri schedule: - Help girls getting ready and take them to school at 8:45am(walking distance). - Keep the girls' room tidy, making their beds, taking care of their laundry and ironing their clothes. - Pick them up in afternoon at 3:45pm and bring them to sport activities or stay with them at home and play (park is nearby in the warm season). - When mum is back We will need your help setting the table and preparing dinner with Silvia, have the girls take a bath, etc. - Need for your help ends at supper time (8pm). - Occasional shopping / vacuum cleaning. - If one or both of the girls are sick you will have to stay at home with them. - Occasional (2-3 times/month) after dinner are requested. Saturday morning schedule: - Help girls getting ready. - Play with girls at home / go to the park / help parents bring them to activities. - Need for your help ends at lunch time.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

We are an Italian family living in Milan with two young girls (4 and 5 years old) looking for a very responsible young woman who can take good care of them. We both work full-time and our girls both go to preschool: we need your help a little bit in the morning and especially in the afternoon. We live in a 2,000 sqft apartment, not far from the city centre. The accomodation we are offering is the guest room (twin bed) with private use of a pretty spacious bathroom. Our ideal candidate would have some experience with kids in the 3-6 age group. We would prefer mother-tongue English from within or outside the EU, but we are open to other EU nationals who are very fluent in English.
