Au Pair/Nanny job description

A caregiver that has a lot of energy and responsibility to care for three children. All the children are female and require a nanny that can drive them to and from sports activities; i.e. figure skating, jazz and ballet classes. Therefore the caregiver must be a competent driver with a valid drivers license. Caregiver must be willing to cook and do some household duties, such as, laundry, vacuming, dusting, etc. The children will also have to be assisted with basic schooling, (reading, writing, beginners math). It is very important that continuity of care be provided, thus the welfare of the children is first priority. Caregiver must be bondable and if necessary provide a criminal abstract.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

We are a family of four with the children being female ranging in ages 7, 10, and 12 yrs of age. Very active children that attend figure skating, swimming, dancing plus school responsibilities. Single father, is a heavy duty mechanic that works varied hours. We live in a city of a population of approximately 40,000 that is located in British Columbia, a beautiful province located in Canada. We experience the four seasons, thus there is every opportunity to enjoy a wide range of sports and activities. Fort. St. John is located in the northern aspect of the province and is near to Alberta as well as larger cities such as Edmonton. We are a quiet but active family that do not drink, but are extremely open and friendly. Our home is large (5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 levels) and does require some upkeep thus any assistance is greatly appreciated and needed.
