Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family, My name is Anja, I'm turning 20 in October and I'm from the northern part of Sweden. I've spent the past year working as an Au Pair in the U.S and I'm now looking for a new great experience in another country. I still have six months left here in the U.S and I can definitly say that I've enjoyed my time working as an Au pair here, making new lifelong friends, practicing my english and taking care of my wonderful little girls. My first year here I took care of two girls (now 21mnth & 5yrs) and my now remaning time here I'm taking care of one little girls of 21 months. I love them all as if they were my own sisters! I graduated high school the spring of 2007 and my goal is to one day become a preeschool teacher. I moved away from home when I was 16 to go to a high school in a different city and I've been on my own since then, I do belive that it has made me a more independent and responsible young woman and I adapt very easy to new places and situations and if there is anything I wonder about I don't hesitate to ask. My big hobbies in life are horses, books and all kinds of sport. Of course also the typical, shopping and chatting with my girlfriends over coffee, hanging out with friends, traveling and definitly meeting new pepole, I've never had a hard time making new friends. I've been horsebackriding since I was six years old and that is something I really would like to continue with in Your country. I am a very outgoing person, always trying to see things from the bright side and I am looking for a Au pair job on Ireland beacuse it has always been a country I want to experince with it's culture and beautiful nature.
