Family's Message to Nannies

We are looking for full-time help. We have a 7 year old 2nd grader, 4 year old twins and a 1 year old. He sleeps 12 hours a night and takes naps as well during the day. I would like someone to be able to work with the twins during the day to get them ready for pre-school. Practice ABC's, numbers, read to them, etc. Our 7 year old is a mother-hen. He watches and mothers his brothers whenever he is home. :) My husband and I are in and out during the week, my home, I travel for appointments/meetings- we must have someone who is comfortable watching the kids when we are home. We have a very loving home and we are looking for someone who is responsible, dependable, loving and caring and patient. Our children tend to become attached easily. Our most recent nanny was part of our family for over two years. She will remain a big part of our lives even though she has moved back home to Canada. We are looking for someone that will be a big help to me at home while I juggle a full time career and a family. My children are my life and even though I have chosen to juggle both a career and family, my children come first. Unfortunatly, sometimes with the demands of my job, I just can't juggle it all. My husband works out of town and if not commuting, then he will sometimes stay for 3-4 days and then travel back home. We live in a large community with 2 pools, waterslide, outside movies, walking trails, park, etc. A lot to do with the children. We would prefer someone who knows how to swim because the children love to go to the pool!
