Nanny job description

The qualities that best describe the ideal candidate are many. But overall, the requirements they must possess are honesty, integrity, strong work ethics, organizational skills, compassionate with animals, and moral clarity. Housekeeping duties including home management and organization, light cooking, assisting with, and/or shopping solo for groceries and staples etc. Also performing hostess duties such as serving at cocktail and/or dinner parties in my home, as well as on my boat. Generally ensuring my home runs smoothly, and is always clean, straightened, and in order. A vehicle is NOT required, but a clean driving record would be if using a family car. *PLEASE* I have had a myriad of inquiries suggesting live-out, short term, part time, etc... None of which apply to my specified needs. Please do not inquire with such offers, as they are not an ideal fit. Thank you.

Family's Message to Nannies

We are a small family, consisting of 2 adults, and a wonderful dog in a rather large, and very beautiful home near the water (Lake St Clair). I am a professional business owner that remains quite busy in the business, and social world. My father (83 years young) lives with me, hence the second adult. He needs no caregiving whatsoever. We are both blessed with his excellent health. He golfs 4-6 times per week in the summer, and swims just as often in the winter. I too play golf, as well as spending a lot of time on my boat entertaining clients, friends, etc. This is an AWSOME position for someone that is neat and organized by nature. As well as someone who enjoys diversification meaning this is not a routinely mundane "cookie-cutter" position. My home is VERY manageable and simple to clean. On the Personal Assistant side of things, tasks will vary, thereby keeping it exciting, and will not be difficult to successfully accomplish. For someone that can manage their time effectively, there will be A LOT of free time throughout the day etc. If you feel you would be a great fit, I'd love to hear from you and discuss the position in greater detail. PS No one has EVER quit! Previous help have either started back to school, relocated out of state with family etc. Anyone whom has had to leave, has been very disappointed, as they'd become part of our family.
