Family's Message to Nannies

Dear Nanny, We live in New York City with our two sons - one is 5 months and the other is 2-years old. My husband is in high-tech and I am a lawyer. We are looking for a nanny only for the baby. A standard au pair arrangement doesn't work for us. We need a nanny to be available for our son constantly 5 days a week. Of course, your compensation would reflect that.
