Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear family I've finished school this march and now I really want to visit Australia for one year. The first half of it I want to spend as an aupair in a fun-loving, active family to get to know and to live the Australian culture and lifestyle. I've already been granted my Working Holiday Visa and booked my flight for September 29th!! I'm a 19 year old girl turning 20 in October. I am trustful, honest, responsible and open-minded. I think I'm an active girl who loves meeting new people (from other countries), singing, dancing (I've done VideoClip Dancing since 6 years), but also other sports such as volleyball, badminton or any kind of water sports - if I have the possibility, because i really love the sea! In my spare time I also like to go shopping - but I'm not a fashion victim - and on weekends I like to go on parties, but I know how to have fun without drinking alcohol, taking drugs or smoking! As I have my drivers license since 1 1/2 years, I could gain a lot of driving experience. At the moment I'm working at the airport as Check-In Agent, there I meet a lot of new people from all over the world even from Australia. Although most of the time I have to get up at 3 o'clock in the morning, I really like this job. As my family is pretty big, I'm often asked to look after my younger cousins (6-14) or my brother (2) and I really like playing with them/reading stories or just having fun...
