Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

Hello Potencial Au Pair, We are a busy family with lots of little feet always on the go! We are hoping to find someone fun, responsible, easy-going, respectful and sensitive to live and share as a family member in our home. We hope that we will be friends and be able to learn about each other's cultures. While I've outlined a "job description" above, we'd like to be able to be flexible and work out a plan that would meet all our needs and preferences as far as house chores go. Our children are bright and energetic. They like to go for walks, do art, dance, read books and, of course, play. We watch very little TV, but we do own one. We hope you will be able to support a positive approach to discipline, helping our children to grow as respectful and independent people. We have a smoke-free, frangrance free home because family members have asthma and allergies. We want our home to be comfortable for everyone, so this is an important aspect of our lifestyle.
