| Dear AuPair,
We are looking for someone warm hearted to help us out with our three children. We look forward to hearing from you and are excited to meet you. Our family is not quite the typical family. We are a bi-cultural, bi-lingual family (German and English) and encourage our children to speak both. The girls are fluent in both languages and read fluently in both as well. We would love to have an AuPair who shares their enthusiasm for arts and crafts, outdoor activities (biking, roller blading, etc.), and other creative endeavors. We emphasize a happy home and hope to integrate an AuPair with a positive outlook on life.
If you have your own things to do we may be the perfect family for you. I am a professor at a university and my schedule changes quarterly but is somewhat flexible. Thus if you are a student we will probably be able to work things out to accommodate both schedules. We are flexible in many ways and expect the same from our AuPair. For the Spring 2008 we are pretty flexible. We have some fixed times we need care (Monday afternoons, Tuesday and Thursday 11 - 7 (one of these may be shorter if needed), and occasionally Wednesday afternoons), all other times can be negotiated, however, we are looking for full time or almost full time care. If this sounds like a good fit for you we look forward to hearing from you. |
