Au Pair/Nanny job description

Great location- near skiing, sailing and lots of outdoor activities. Au pair required for older kids (8 and 14) to help with homework, and driving to activities after-school. Lots of free time, as children are in school most of the day (except Wednesdays). Great position for someone who is keen to learn French.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

Dear Au Pair, We are an American Swiss family living outside of Geneva Switzerland but in France near the Alps. We have two children- 8and 14 and would love to have a young woman live with us to help with the kids, primarily for after school activities, and one day a week when there is no school. We offer a room, own bathroom, use of a car, free time (as the kids are busy during most of the year in school) in exchange for helping with the house (light housekeeping), helping take care of pets (you would need to be an animal lover!) and helping with homework for the children. We speak English at home although we live in France and this community is full of English speaking au pairs! We also speak French and German We live in a lovely area of France and during the winter there are lots of sk activities, sledding, etc. In the summer, we head to Lake Geneva, the pool and the mountains for hiking. We are busy but easy going, and would love someone flexible and fun loving to join our family.
