| Single mother seeking Live-In Au Pair to care for my 2 year old son, Monday- Friday for approximately eight - ten hours per day (times may vary occasionally). Will have most evenings and weekends off. Help with cooking, housekeeping and walking the dog is required. I am looking for a reliable, dependable, honest person that can become part of our family. Must be flexiable and easy to get along with, with some child care experience necessary. I have a dog so you must be comfortable working in a home with a dog. I live on the upper west side of New York City one block from Central Park and the Museum of Natural History. My son currently attends a special instruction school Mon-Fri 9:00am-12:00pm for learning purposes the school requires that the parent or caregiver accompany the child so I will need for you to go with him. | Dear Au Pair, I am a 40 yr old single working mother in need of a live-in Au Pair in a beautiful neighborhood on the Upper West Side of New York City, across the street from Central Park, the Museum of Natural History & the Planiterium. I am looking for someone who loves children and dogs. I have a two bedroom apartment, you will have your own bedroom with a full size bed, closet, dresser, night stand, cable TV, wireless Internet connection, ceiling fan and air conditioning all in the room. My son is a preemie born at 25 weeks 1 lb, 12 oz so I am very blessed to have him. He is an extremely healthy, happy, very sweet child with a lot of energy that is going through his terrible two's. I am looking for someone who loves children and can treat him as if he was their own. Someone who will enjoy reading to him, singing to him and taking him for walks in the park. I am very easy to get a long with and flexible, I would like you to be easy going and flexible as well. I do have a dog, so you must like dogs as he is my second child.
