Au Pair/Nanny job description

We are looking for someone lovely to look after our 1 year old twins, whilst we travel Europe for 8012 weeks late August , September, october and November. We will base ourselves in the souht of france, and take trips to Greece nd the UK. You must have experience with babies, be easy going, positive and have a lot of energy. We are Australian, but I have French heritage, and my husband Greek. We would probably prefer someone who has European ancestry, but not necessarily. The right person needs to be happy to help out with all duties for the twins as well as light household duties such as washing, ironing, some cooking, cleaning the kitchen ( for them) etc. We like to run a very ordered, clean, neat household. The twins will do swimming and a number of activities outside the home, so we will want their nanny or au pair to be excited about participating in these.

Please only apply for this position if you are interested in caring for twins. We are very friendly, and run a very ordered, organised, clean household, and need someone who can help us look after the children and maintain the home environment. At this stage, the position is not live-in, but down the track, that may become a possibilty, as we need to move to a larger home. We want someone who has significant childcare experience - and we don't mind how old or young you are! You need to have worked with children for at least five years, and the more qualifications you have, the better. We want our children to love you - and for you to love them back. We are after care during the day, as well as some nights.
