Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear family! Jag heter Katarina och jag är 21 år gammal. Nuförtiden studerar jag på universitet som jag ar i juni. Mina huvudämne är juridik och främmande språk. Jag talar bra engelska, kan också franska och har lärt mig svenska i ett år. I september började jag också studera tyska. Jag är mycket intresserad av språk, eftersom de hjälper att förstå bättre andra människor, deras kultur, deras land. Ju mer jag studerar dem, desto mer samband hittar jag mellan olika kulturer. Svenska lär jag mig vid centret för svenska studier som ligger här, i Minsk. Centret organiserar olika intressanta möte med svenska författare, diktare, skådaspelare, visar moderna svenska filmer. Vi också tar del i nationella svenska fester med våra svenska vänner. Så jag blir mer ock mer intresserad av Sveriges kultur, samhälle ock land. i think that being an au pair is a great opportunity for getting to know new people, their country and culture, for making new friends, which in the end will help us to remove any barriers in communication, to understand each other better and get rid of stereotypes:). Though i don't have any previous experience as au pair, i suppose i'm suitable for this job. i'm an easy-going person and get on well with other people. My friends say i'm extremely relyable and trustworthy:)
