Nanny's Message to Families

Dear Family- I received my undergraduate degree over a year ago in the field of Human Development and Family Studies. I have 9 years of childcare experience in varying locations around the United States. I have been a babysitter for families in Chicago, where I live, in Madison, when I attended university, and in Washington DC, when I lived there for a summer. This past year I have gained experience working with children aged 6-12 who live in a residential facility. I help assist these children with all basic daily living tasks as well as providing therapeutic care. My experiences have led me to work with children of all age ranges and various abilities and disabilities. I am certified in First Aid and CPR by the American Red Cross. I am active, energetic, loving and nurturing. My main hobbies consist of playing futbol, traveling, and recently, learning new languages. It is my hope to find a warm, caring and nurturing family.
