Au Pair/Nanny job description

Part time care of two boys: Ages 2 and 5 We are looking for part time (2-3 days, 20-25 hours per week) care for our boys. Must be patient, understanding, consistent and love the active life of boys. Biking, Legos and train track experience is a plus! The right nanny will be a creative and positive caregiver that likes to play, do art, be active and teach our boys new things! -Our five year old is in kindergarten 9-3 pm each day -2 year old takes afternoon naps -Nanny will do light housework, children's laundry and make lunches/snacks for boys -Taking boys on active "adventures" to park, museum, playdates, classes, etc -Reading to boys and doing educational projects -Outdoor activities: hiking, soccer, beach, etc -Creative and imaginative play!

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

We are a warm, active and easy-going family with two young boys in a large home in Seattle near Lake Washington. The nanny's is on the top floor with private bath and a great view of the lake and Mt. Rainier. We have a car to use for our Nanny and many other benefits. Our boys are happy, creative and eager to play, do projects and learn. They love positive people and active outings. Both love books, legos, learning and building forts and towers. They enjoy sandboxes, the zoo and hikes in our large park nearby. If you are a tomboy type and a creative spirit, our boys are perfect for you. We have had both live-in au pairs and live out nannies for 5 years and have had great experiences.
