Au Pair/Nanny job description

Hi We require a fun, creative, honest, reliable professional aupair that would like to look after children under 2. We both work shifts and it is therefore necessary for the Au Pair to fit in with these shifts. Our aupair will be responsible for general childcare. Washing, dressing, feeding, changing, playing with, educating. We would also like our aupair to do light housework, but this is only child related for example washing & ironing the childrens clothes. Tidying the toys away. Making the childrens beds, washing bedding, etc. You will be looking after 2 little girls, one turned 2 in March 2008 and one turned 1 in June 2008. At this time we are only looking for an aupair that is over 24 years old.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

Hello there We are Nichola & Derrick, both 29yrs old. We live in Bromley, Kent which is a 20 minute train journey from Central London (London Victoria) we are currently looking for a live in Mary Poppins for our 2 princesses. We are looking for an honest, loving person, who is reliable & professional. We want our aupair to be part of our family and they will always be welcome in our home. We live very close to London a beautiful city full of opportunities to meet new people, see new sights and enjoy an amazing experience. We will pay £95 per week pocket money, provide you with your own room and board. You will be supplied with a ill allow you to travel on the London bus network & also you will be supplied with a child first aid course if you do not already have a certificate. You will also have opportunities to go on day trips with us and possibly holidays too. You will get plenty of time off as some weeks we may only need you for 2 days. This really is a great opportunity to experience another country. We require an aupair to start as soon as possible, preferably by mid September. We are only looking for an AuPair with a passport from an EU country or an Aupair that can legally work & live in England for at least 12 months, though we would be happier to have an aupair that will stay with us for as long as possible upto 2 years! We are really looking forward to sharing our lives and experiences with a lovely aupair and really hope that you choose us to be your host family.
