Au Pair/Nanny job description

US & Swiss family, daughters 3 & 7 seek confident, flexible help for f/t mom. Candidate should speak English or German fluently; however for visa purposes must be able to claim a language other than English as native language Should be independent with plenty offtime weekdays while willing to help out occasional evenings and weekends and/or travel/go out with us to help with kids. Ideally someone who wants to attend classes etc. 2-3 days/week. I'm mostly home & kids in school/care 2-3 & 5 days/week so don't need a f/t nanny rather schedule flexibility weekdays, help with dinner/bedtime, babysit 1-2 eve/week incl. weekends w/occasional overnites. Help as needed with kids' activities, babysit, bathing, bed-& mealtimes. Help around the house as needed, incl. meals & cleanup, shop, tidying, laundry, keep own space clean, etc. Must be nonsmoking, pref. education/substantial experience. Ability to work with mom to maintain discipline/structure in a loving manner.
