Au Pair job description

We have a daughter who turned two in March 2008. We're expecting our second child, a boy, in November 2008. We need someone who has experience caring for two children, and is patient enough to deal with 2 children at once. The care, safety, and well being of the children must be the au pair's number one priority. Consequently, the individual must have experience caring for infants/toddlers and again, must be very patient. We are also looking for someone who speaks Spanish fluently and is an experienced driver. The au pair will be expected to perform all duties associated with caring for two small children full time (45-50 hrs/week) including: laundry, changing diapers, cooking meals/feeding them, putting them to sleep, bathing them, reading to them, playing with them, and driving them to various activities.

Dear Au Pair, Caring for two small children is alot of work, and our au pair must be capable of handling this responsibility. However, as your host family we will provide you with every amenity you need to make this an amazing, rewarding, and fun experience. You'll enjoy as much privacy as you desire while living with us because we have a separate suite in our home for you, with its own private entrance that includes: a spacious bedroom with a queen sized bed and cable TV, and large window that faces the rear yard/heated pool; a full bathroom; a den with cable TV and a large entire second kitchen - just for you. The den has big windows from floor to ceiling & french doors that open out onto a patio. You'll also have a cell & access to our spare car for your own personal use, during your off hours. We live 15 minutes away from Center City/Philadelphia & from Villanova.
