Au Pair/Nanny job description

URGENT: We need someone by September, if we are unable to find a nanny by then we have to put our son in a daycare center and we dont want to do that. Please let us know ASAP if you are interested. We want someone who wants to do more than just watch our kids, we want a unique person from whom our children can learn. Some one who is a happy person, active and has a fun spirit and can develop and encourage our childrens interest and curiosities while having fun. We want a atmosphere where our family is having new experiences and learning from you and hopefully you will experience new things also. We are looking for someone who can become part of our family during the time they spend with us. Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

We are a fun nice family that lives in Austin Texas. Austin is the capitol of Texas and is a cool and progressive city. It has one of the largest Universities in the United States and is known for live music and lots of outdoor activities. You can go to Wikipedia ifor info on Austin and things to do. We have two beautiful children, a 3 year old boy and a 6 year old girl. We have 2 small dogs (they are very friendly) and we live in a nice home that is in a great family neighborhood with lots of other children for our kids to play with and awith a nieghborhood pool and park. Our daughter is very sweet and sensitive but she has a good sense of humor. She is into the Disney princess, Hannah Montanna, playing dress up, Horses, and more than anything loves to draw and do arts and crafts. My son is a very funny little guy who is full of life and loves to play. He doesn’t like TV that much and likes to play outside, pretend he is building things and go to the park, I think he would stay outside all day if we let him. Both of our kids love to be around other people, are very social and have a good since of humor. We all play around and kid and joke a lot. Our daughter will start elementry school in Aug. and my son goes to Pre School a few days a week. Our children play soccer , softball , swim, & dance , We like to go swimming, going to the beach, to the park, watching movies and boating at the lake. We want someone who will do more than just watch our kids we want some one who can develop and incourage their intrest and curisotys while having fun. Although our children are young I hope they will learn its a big world out there and the joys of experincing other people, cultures, and new things. My wife’s name is Alana and she is a elementry school special education & reading teacher and my name is Damon and I am a real estate sales agent. We are not a wealthy family just a typical middle class American family where both parents need to work. My family (my Parents, Sister & her Husband) live close to us and see our kids often. My mom is fluent in Spanish and is the principle of an elementary school. We have had two Nanny's previously one from Spokeane Washington & one from Guadalajara Mexico. We had great experiance with both of them and felt that we had gained another member to our family. If you are considering us and would like to speak to them we can provide their contact info.
