Au Pair job description

Experienced helper needed for home educating, secure, and adventurous family. The two children are; boy, age 6 and girl, age 4 each with unique personalities sometimes pleasing and other times not. The children are smart and well adjusted and they will test you so you should be a confident child care provider and be able to adhere to our agreed upon methods for behavior management in which your feedback will be heard and valued. We are versed in positive parenting and keep ourselves out of negative feedback loop with each other. We travel often and would need the aupair to attend with us. Our family consists of: Kevin-age 47 is a surgeon, cyclist and avid reader; Susan-age 37 is a mother and wife, home educator, retired nurse and powerlifter; Marvin-age 66 is aka "Grampa" is cook, laundry man and driver; and summer residents, Meagan and Lauren-age 20 are twins adopted unofficially who keep us laughing. Spanish fluency is required.
