I AM LIVING IN LOS ANGELES, RIGHT NOW
Hello, I’m Lia and I’m an applicant for a job in your home to take care of your most precious ones, the Children! I’d like to go abroad because I love the idea of improving English, kids, to know new places, new cultures, to make friends and this program is the most important opportunity for me. I’ve always been crazy about American culture then, I’m so anxious to know your country. I finished my college this year(2006) and English is so important for me to get a good job. I´d like to work in a Multinational Company, and English is the first requisite. I studied business Adminitration, it’s a mixed of Administration, Data Processing and Languages. I’ve been studying English for a long time, but it’s impossible to get fluency in these courses here in Brazil. I believe that you just get this, if you go to a country that English is the native language and is spoken all time. In my free time I enjoy going out with friends, traveling, relaxing in the gym, studying, using the computer, watching T.V,singing and many other things.I had some housekeepers here, and all of them were Kind of people, they were like a babysitter for me, because they loved me a lot. We played with many kinds of games, we were friends, we used to watch T.V, and so on. It was really fun. Then, I’d like to have the same behavior of my “babysitters”, they were as if they were my older sisters, it was very perfect, and they passed me safety!And then, I started to get jobs at schools and family’s houses as a volunteer, to get more experience with kids, because I know that will be a big responsibility to work with them. At first I started with a pretty girl. She was 4 years old. She loved when I was with her on her house, because I used to tell some stories, play with plasticines, educative games, playground and a lot of kind of games. We spent all afternoon together. The most of time we stayed alone and we had a lot of fun. After I went to schools and there were many kids. And we used to organize in groups and we play many kinds of games. I used to help them with some subjects too, inclusively if they had doubts about English I helped them, it was a learning for me too. I taught to kids up to fifteen years. And always was a marvelous experience! They loved me, always want to seat nearby me or even hug me!Then, I want to conquer the children with my culture and my games. I want to be part of their lives, their routine, to take them to school and pick them back, to listen to their news, to know their friends names, their homework, and what they like to do, if it’s to draw, a play, a story, a hug, ticles, walk. I want to conquer you, parents, taking care sweetly and responsibly of your children. It will be a challenge for me, but I am very determined and I know I can handle it. I’m looking forward your contact so we can begin our trip.
