Nanny job description

We are a young and warm family, one lovely son of 21 months old, and twins expected in january '09. We are looking for a full time, living in nanny, to take care of the children and to help with the housework. Family speaks Dutch, French and English. Knowledge of French is an advantage for the nanny. Both parents are working (quite hard) at home, in a lovely mansion with a big garden in the countryside. We have lovely dogs. We need someone who is willing to keep the household running and take care of the kids, and in return we offer a share in a warm family.
