| I'm trying to think of the best way to paint a picture of who "I am." The most important thing to me is family, so I will start by telling you a little bit about mine. Born and raised in NY I am one of 35 grandchildren in a large, down-to-earth family. As the "baby" of 3 kids and a daughter to my best friend (mom) and a hardworking father, I have learned to love my home and be curious about the world beyond NY.
In May, 2007 I graduated from Boston University with a degree in History and Statistics. After graduating I worked endlessly at a horrid restaurant to save up for a year of travels around the world. I intended on going to law school upon my return, but this year of adventures has only initiated my travel addiction; I am not ready to settle down in the US. So, I am open to live anywhere as long as we are a good match!
As far as experience, while at BU I had the opportunity to care for 2 energetic girls (age 5 and 9) and enjoyed my time laughing and playing with them. I got along well with the family because we had similar values and nurtured the kids ability to make their own decisions. I also had a hand in raising 10 of my younger cousins, who I miss more than words can explain. Overall I am open-minded, honest, easy-going, and love kids..I can't wait to meet you!
