Au Pair/Nanny job description

Stay at home mom looking for an Australian au pair to help us take care of our four lovely children. We need help with the morning rush, playtime, driving, meal preparation, baths, homework, and bedtime. We are looking for an au pair with a dedication to children, who is responsible, creative, kind, yet firm, outgoing and energetic. A clean driving record is required. Tidying and kitchen cleanup and children's laundry will also be required. We live a few miles outside of Boston, Massachusetts, a major metropolitan city with great cultural offerings. Our quaint town has many other au pairs living in and around it allowing for many friendship opportunities. You will have use of a car and your own bathroom. **Check out our on-line interview**

Dear Au Pair: If you are Australian and have experience in the childcare field and are looking to be treated as a respected member of our fun-loving family, please contact us. We need someone who is comfortable enforcing rules and following through with directions and who is always conscious about safety. I am looking for someone who is comfortable working along side me as a partner taking care of the children and our house. We are an experienced host family (we've had 3 wonderful Australians!) and we continue to have warm relationships with all of them. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our family but is also adventurous enough to want to explore the surrounding area. If you want to travel, we can be flexible so there will be many opportunities to do so. You will have your bedroom and private bath on the 3rd floor of our new home. We are registered with Au Pair in America and will use this agency to process your J-1 visa so you can work here legally. We look forward to hearing from you!
