Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

We are a you French Canadian family who moved in United states in 1996 for work. We are parents of 2 children, our daughter is 7 and our son is 2 they are both in private school here in las vegas. We are looking for somebody who is extremely honest, private and easygoing. We are traveling often inside united states and few times a year in Quebec,Canada so we would expect the Aupair to travel with us most of the time. Our children are our priority so we would like to find somebody who meet our criterias has soon as possible. We've been a home for live-in nanny for the passed 3 years and for more than 2 years for one of them we do not refer them as an employee but as a friend who helping us with the children.
