Au Pair/Nanny job description
Morning Routine. Up at 5:30 - 6:00. Mon - Fri to get our eldest off to school. the Bus arrives at 7:40 and he needs to be in his wheelchair dressed for school and fed before they arrive. He is PEG fed and it takes about 60 minutes. Our youngest is normally up at this time for a bottle and then back to Bed. I'm out the door to work at 6:30. Our lovely Daughter is mostly snoring until a little later in the day.

The days vary as the week includes child care for our daughter twice a week and an autism support group every few Friday's.

Evening routine: A hectic time doing baths, and dinner for the kids and prep for evening meals.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies
We have three kids. A seven year old son with CP, a three year old daughter with Autism and out youngest who is just 20 months. Things are very busy in our household and two pairs of hands only go so far.

We would like to have someone else in the household to help out in peak times and provide an opportunity for us to have some downtime.

A great opportunity for someone thinking that special needs therapy or care is their career direction.

Don't be thinking it is all work though. We have a great backyard with pool, Spa and BBQ area and we are 35mins drive from the CBD of Melbourne, by far the best city in Australia ;)
