Nanny's Message to Families

Dear Host Family, My name is Alicha. I’m 24 yrs old. I'm an experienced, hardworking, responsible, reliable, resourceful, honest, respectful, friendly, protective, energetic, loving, caring, and neat and clean nanny. I'm great and very patient with children of all ages. When I have free time, there are many activities that I like to do, such as drawing, painting, doing crafts, playing basketball, soccer, badminton, swimming, biking, and cooking etc. I love playing with the kids like playing hide and go seek, playing all around the world, playing red light and green light, riding scooter, singing, dancing etc. I think these activities can make your kids enjoy with me. I graduated from Bangkok University with a bachelor’s degree in English. My minor subject was Tourism and Hotel Studies. After I graduated, I have returned to my hometown. I lived with my parents, sister, brother, brother’s wife, and niece. During I stayed home, I took care of my niece. She was 5 months old. Duties: preparing a baby’s bottle, changing a diaper, feeding baby with a bottle and a spoon, bathing, and putting a baby to bed etc. I have more childcare experiences. First, I was a babysitter at next-door. They have 2 daughters, 4 and 6 yrs old. Duties: awaking in the morning, helping to get dressed, taking to school and back home after school, teaching homework, and preparing dinner etc. Next, I was a teacher assistant at Prakumarn Suksa School. I was responsible for many age groups, 2-7 yrs old. Sometimes, I (only I) took care of 35 children in the same time. Duties: teaching, taking care, playing games, telling the tales, giving homework, and correcting homework etc. Finally, I was a nanny in New Jersey. I took care of 3 American kids, 4, 7, and 9 yrs old. It was a full time live-in position. The kids and I had a great time on last Summer break. See my photos. I can improve my English language skills and gain more experiences. Now I'm studying in Manhattan, NYC Monday through Friday 8:00-10:00 a.m. and all day on Saturday.
