Au Pair/Nanny job description

Hi There, We are looking for a lively positive au pair, preferably with teaching experience, or some other childcare experience in a professional capacity. We have three boys at first school, and it would be useful to us to have someone help with boys coaching for homework, and also in all matters to do with a happy and positive personal growth. :o) They are lively physical country boys with loving caring natures, :o)) they are intelligent and like to be challenged and motivated in an intelligent positive way. They have had Montessori pre-schooling, and I would like to continue this good work. This role will also require help in the house, including cleaning and Laundry.. this never seems to slow down! We live in a lovely village with great countryside around, I hope that you like animals, because this is a big part of our lives, and so is walking, picnics, camping, swimming, cycling, travel etc... Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

Hi There, This is an opportunity for us to tell you about ourselves, to see if you might be interested in staying with our family, I am a single parent, and work part-time. I work for myself and have to work hard on my business, however, most of the time I work from home, which is great because I can spend more time at home with the boys. I am an Earthy type, and enjoy all countryside activities, and we have two dogs, so we are often found, camping, picnics, swimming, walking, in the forest, or mountains, on the beach, I train horses, so enjoy spending time on friends farms. We live in a lovely friendly village, about two hours train ride to London. Our house is small, but we have made a lovely private room for you. We have had couples stay, your partner to find work locally in the village or local town, I can assist to help get you started, maybe in the local factory, or restaurants etc...However, I do prefer a single person. The local language school gives an opportunity for girls to make friends with other au pairs. I might be able to provide a car if you have a clean licence and are over 25 years old. We are a very relaxed family, though I do work hard and am ambitious to be able to support my family. This is where I need the support of an au pair to keep the house running smoothly and keeping a happy positive atmosphere for my boys to develop and grow in. It is an easier role for you if you have good english, however we have supported au pairs through English language classes in the evenings. We are looking for somebody who is highly motivated, energetic, though relaxed and quiet in nature, patient, kind and understanding and can talk with positive regard to children and someone who knows how to create co-operation with positive re-inforcement. You will have your own room, with bathroom, tv and use of computer. You provide your own phone. (family bathroom seperate)with a starting salary of £60 It is a great opportunity for both you and us to have you come and stay with us, and we would like it very much if you would share our home, and feel like one of the family. This position is for a minimum of one year, pref two years. The personal qualities I am looking for in an au pair, importantly, are: Patience, Relaxed, Hardworking, Intelligent, Kind, Communicative and very smiley. You MUST enjoy working with children.
