Au Pair job description

We have 3 children : Sinead who is 5, Brona 3 and Shauna 1. We have had 3 aupairs so far, one spanish girl for 12 months in 2005, a polish girl for 12 months in 2006 and a Czech girl for 12 months in 2007. If you'd like to chat to any of these aupairs and get a reference, we can organise that! Our aupair normally does 40 hours per week for €150 per week. Housework consists of ironing,keeping the house tidy, laundry and hoovering. But dont worry, we wont overwork you!!! The most important job is obviously looking after the kids...feeding them,dressing them, playing with them, taking them out for walks and bringing them to playgrounds and school of course.

Family's Message to Au Pairs

We are looking for an aupair to start between now and January. Our house is about 7 miles from cork city, but there is a regular bus that passes very near the house. There is also a good English college in Cork which we can show you if you want to go there. Cork has a number of gyms, swimming pools, theatres, public library etc. You would not be working most weekends. We have a dog, who's allowed into the house and a cat, thats not allowed in the house. You would have your own room, with satellite tv, dvd and video. There is broadband internet in the house as well, which of course you can use.
