Au Pair/Nanny job description

Couple in our mid-forties. WE HAVE AN IMMEDIATE NEED!! Our need is that we work all day and need someone to help with our lifestyle and act as a household manager. We need a nanny not only during the day while we work but also frequently for nights and weekends. An ideal candidate would be able to manage the household, cook and clean. We can make the compensation worthwhile for the right person. While we have not considered a live-in, if an exceptional candidate needed that we we have the room. We travel frequently for business and occasionally for pleasure. We also have, from time to time, other children at home: two 15 year old boys and an 12 year old boy. Some help is required with the older children - an occasional errand or pickup or drop off at school. We work out of our home so we will both be around the house. We live in East Plano and would prefer someone that is close. Please be a resident of the US or already have a work visa. Thanks! Todd and Lisa
