Au Pair/Nanny job description

We are looking for a full time au-pair for our gymnastic team. Your job is to take care of 8 girls (age 15/16) They attend school (all different) but after school they follow intensive sports program. all girls stay all week intern and go home at weekends. Your tasks are, ensure girls are ready for school in mornings, check daily homework school, watch bedtimes (22:00) reward and discipline when appropiate.
